This weekend I went into OP Acura in hopes of leasing an ILX. My husband knew the ILX was the only car I wanted but after the way I was treated at Ferman Acura in Tampa the previous week I did not want to waste my time/get my hopes up again. Ferman made me feel stupid for coming into their dealership with my budget, I even received a text from one of the employees in response to a text I sent him asking we could work out a deal if I put more money down, his response, =93sure I can do either a Mazda or Nissan for that payment. The Acura is 3 dollars a day more, I=92m sorry Shawnee sometimes in life you should spend a little more than you planned, instead of a little less than you should.=94 When we walked into Orange Park Acura we were greeted by the Mr. Hanania=92s son. (It was awesome to see his two son=92s working in the dealership!) He set us up with the Fil the general manager who sat down and talked with us to find out my needs/wants. Once he knew what I wanted he asked Gino, the =93ILX specialist=94 to bring us out back and pick the color car I liked. I decided on the charcoal colored ILX and we took it for a test drive. Of course I was in love. Once we got back to the dealership the first offer presented to us was wayyyy over our budget, and I thought well, I guess Ferman Acura was right, I am out of my league. I told Gino this was out of my price range but he and another manager assured me they would be able to get this car in my budget. I was skeptical at first until Fil came back over with a deal that fit perfectly into my budget! I had the best experience with OP Acura. It felt like everyone was bending over backwards to make me happy. It was awesome. My husband is jealous of my car and cannot wait until his current lease runs out with Kia so he can also lease an Acura. We will definitely be repeat customers! I even found out my Aunt has leased 3 Acuras from Gino also=85 so we will make sure to keep Acura in our family!! Thank you so much for putting me in the car of my dreams!!

Gigi was awesome - friendly and helpful, she always got back with me, answering all my questions and I had a bunch!

Brad was my salesman, he was very pleasant, not pushy at all and went above and beyond sales by spending time with me, helping me with my new car!

GREAT SERVICE!!!.....I recently put my old car on auto trader to get a quote from surrounding dealerships in the area. Gigi called me within 15 minutes or less inquiring on the car and asked if I would be available to come in. I wasn't planning on getting a car the same day but with the help of her co-worker Roger, I'm sitting pretty lol....

OUTSTANDING ENVIRONMENT!!!! I was not pushed into getting the car that I have now but their attitude and unmatched service made my choice very easy for me. Multiple workers came and asked if I needed anything which put a positive note on this company and staffing on their great work ethic and friendly posture.

Also very affordable.....I got what i wanted from the trade of my old car, and they met my price range for my new car. I love their service and they are also highly recommended by many people in the community. I will be doing future business with this Acura family.

We own a 07 TSX, 08 Honda fit and 2004 TL. All three cars are serviced regularly by the service department at Acura of OP. Wes & John are my primary contacts. 

We've been taking all three cars here for almost three years. The guys in the service department weather its Wes, John or Kalil - I think (sorry about spelling), all personals are very friendly. Never have I or my better half gotten the run around which is to be expected from most car places. These people treat us like we're friends, family so it's hard not to go back each time. Good service and great people are hard to find. 

I would like to add, I am always appreciative of my car getting washed/vacuumed, as well as the water bottles in the cashier area! It's nice to see dealerships not nickel and dime customers :)

I can't begin to explain how overwhelmed I am by the service provided by the good folks at your dealership.  It starts at the top where you, Jack, have helped me out of two cars that I needed to replace.  You turn to Dan who makes the numbers work. He seems to find a way each time to make sure my wife and I are satisfied.  This latest move with the RDX will help us tremendously and my wife loves the car, even more than the MDX.  It's a great vehicle for her.

We did this purchase without having to step one foot out of our house.  Guys, I'm telling you, you cannot find service like that anymore.  You should be very proud of the people you have working for you as they not only do a great job but they do it with a smile.  That goes for the service department which is the best I have ever dealt with.

I've told you before Jack that buying a car was like having your teeth pulled, a painful experience.  That is a thing of the past since I've been  doing business with Acura of Orange Park.  Congratulations on putting together a wonderful car buying experience.
